Corona Threat to Tadepalli which Houses AP CM

Coronavirus cases in Guntur and Krishna districts have registered a slow decrease in the past one week. But then, the number of cases are on a rise in Tadepalli, the village which houses Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy‘s Residence and Camp office.

The village had registered nine cases so far. There are rumors that the area of the CM’s Residence and Camp Office should be under the Red Zone but the officials intentionally did not do that as it will cause embarrassment as well as be a hindrance to the administration.

On the other side, 36 new cases were recorded in the last 24 hours in the state. Fifteen cases have come from Nellore and nine from Chittoor. The total number of states has gone up to 2,100. So far, 48 persons have passed away while 1,192 have recovered, taking the total active cases to 860.
