Former Minister Nara Lokesh has suffered a big setback to his political career due to Whatsapp Propaganda between 2014 and 2019. But Lokesh came out of it with sheer determination and hard work.
He transformed himself today physically and also emerged as a leader. He embarked on the longest Padayatra in the Telugu history right now and is grabbing the attention of the people.
YSR Congress which spread the propaganda of ‘Lokesh – a Pappu’ despite being so successful as a minister is now searching for a new propaganda material. The ‘Pappu’ plank is slowly losing relevance.
So they are after creating superstitions and bad omens linking Lokesh from Pushkaralu episode to stampedes and even Taraka Ratna’s health. Lokesh is being linked to incidents where he is not even present and attempts are on to malign his character once again.
As Taraka Ratna’s treatment is in progress, we are seeing how some underlying health conditions are making it complicated. It is just a coincidence that it happened at the Padayatra.
To link it to Lokesh and make a mockery of the family’s misery is truly pathetic.
Propaganda will work in Opposition. TDP’s carelessness about it also helped YSR Congress back then. But times are different now. Government failures will decide 2024 more than anything else. There is no room for the ruling party to escape from its failures and rely on Propaganda against the Opposition.
If Jagan thinks that will help in 2024, he will be badly disappointed.
