Venkaiah-Naidu-Telangana

MP from BJP, Muppavarapu Venkaiah Naidu, has shared his views over the bifurcation of the state. Although he supported the bifurcation of the state, he is not satisfied with the decision completely.

He says that Bharatiya Janata Party has always showed support for a separate Telangana state from the beginning. But recently, Congress tried to play tricks on BJP to regain support from people. When the bill was about to pass, after so many agitations and suicides, Congress party tried to show the people that BJP was against the T bill and has opposed the formation of Telangana state, which wasn’t acceptable, he said.

There are few more aspects, he says, Congress should’ve taken care of as they were handling this situation since 2004. If they had established few major institutions, government offices, hospitals and industries in Andhra region instead of placing everything in Hyderabad, things would’ve gone much more smoothly. But Congress has failed in doing so, thereby causing inconvenience during the movement.
