AP and Telangana Congress leaders are in confusion about attending Amaravati foundation event. AP leaders are not so keen to attend the event while Telangana Congress leaders are interested in going there to attract settlers ahead of GHMC elections.
It is said that Telangana PCC President Uttam Kumar Reddy called his AP Counterpart Raghuveera Reddy and asked if the party leaders are going to the event. Raghuveera replied that they will go only if they get Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s apppointment.
Given the program, Modi’s appointment is highly unlikely. So AP Congress leaders may be skipping the event. Telangana Congress leaders can not go if the AP leaders are skipping the event. So it will be an interesting scenario with Congress regarding this event.
