Amid the speculations of a possible alliance between TDP and the Congress, PCC President Raghuveera Reddy announced that Congress will be contesting all alone the 175 Assembly Seats and 25 Parliament Seats of AP.
“We are not looking for any Pre-Poll alliance. We will have alliance and pacts only with the People. We are quite confident that UPA will come to Power at the Center and Congress in AP,” Raghuveera Reddy said.
On the other side, there are new rumours that the TDP and Congress alliance will be confined only to Telangana where Congress is keen on consolidating the anti-Government Vote. TDP is not keen on having an alliance with Congress in AP for obvious reasons.
