Congress-Shocks-The-Ambitious-BJPBJP has successfully brought down the Congress and JDS Government in Karnataka by attracting some of the MLAs to its fold. Yeddyurappa is going to be sworn in as the next Chief Minister very soon. On the other side, BJP is targeting Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh where Congress is ruling with a slender majority.

But then, BJP faced a shock itself after two of its MLAs – Narayan Tripathi and Sharad Kaul voted in favor of Kamal Nath Government during voting on criminal law (amendment) in Madhya Pradesh assembly today. Congress has sent them to an undisclosed location. Chief Minister Kamal Nath will have dinner negotiations with them tonight.

In Madhya Pradesh, the Congress-led coalition has 121 of the state’s 230 seats with support from the BSP, Samajwadi Party, and four independent candidates. The halfway mark is 116. It looks like Congress has sensed the danger and started its own corrective measures to save the government.

Election Commission should stop conducting elections and go for IPL-like auctions to decide the governments going further.
