mlas leaving congress partyCongress party which was reduced to ashes in the recently concluded elections in Andhra Pradesh has started its final attempts to save the party in the state. The party did not manage to win at least one seat in the election and has lost most of its senior leaders before and after the elections.

With the news emerging that more leaders including former PCC President Botsa Satya Narayana leaving the party, high command has started corrective measures. Sonia Gandhi has appointed a coordinating committee with 14 leaders to lead the party in the state.

Interestingly this 14 names include all the left senior leaders – Chiranjeevi, Botsa, KVP, C.Rama Chandraiah, JD Seelam, Kotla Surya Prakash Reddy, Anam Ram Narayana Reddy, Chinta Mohan, Panabaka Lakshmi, Pallamraju, Killi Krupa Rani, Sai Pratap, Kishore Chandra Deo and Koppula Raju. These 14 leaders along with Raghuveera Reddy are the only leaders left in the Congress and the high command is trying to save them by this committee. We will see if they succeed!
