Highly placed sources in Congress Party had revealed a shocking information to us regarding the Telangana issue. The chances of Telangana bill in this session of parliament are almost looking bleak. However, Congress is desperate to go to 2014 elections with this issue as emotions are riding high in Telangana region. So, they are planning to introduce the bill in Rajya Sabha and pass it there.
The bill will not be passed in Lok Sabha. Congress will go to Telangana people asking for vote to complete the procedure. At the same time, Seema Andhra Congress leaders will campaign that they have stopped the bill coming to Lok Sabha. And will call themselves as Samyikya Andhra champions.
