A lawyer Narasimha Reddy complained to Election Commission regarding Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena Party launch. He alleged that it is wrong to announce a political party when election code of conduct is in effect. He also appealed to the election commission to inquire about the expenses incurred on the publicity of the party and the launch event which took place at HICC, Hotel Novotel, Hyderabad recently.
On the other side, a person Balaraju also approached Election Commission regarding the party’s name. He alleged that he already registered Jana Sena party and almost began the registration 4 months ago. He requested the commission to inquire in to the issue and reject Pawan Kalyan’s application. Political Analysts say there is no chance of Election commission taking up this applications before the elections.
