CM KCR to Abroad Trip, Cabinet Expansion Still Not On CardsTelangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to be still not in the mood of having his Cabinet. After touring the States for his Federal Front without forming the cabinet, he is now going on a foreign trip. The Chief Minister will be leaving to Dubai and UAE Tomorrow on a One Week Trip to attend an Investors Meeting there.

He is also taking with him some key officials of the Government which means with no cabinet and in the absence of the Chief Minister and Key Officials the administration will be further crippled. Earlier there were reports that the Cabinet Expansion cannot be taken up due to the ongoing Model Code of Conduct because of Panchayat Elections.

But then, the Telangana State Election Commission has confirmed that the Cabinet Expansion need not be stopped for the election code. Even then, KCR seems to be in no mood of expanding his cabinet. As of now, there is only one minister in the cabinet along with the Chief Minister. Mahmood Ali is the Home Minister.

On the other side, the aspirants are waiting with bated breath to see if they are lucky enough to get a berth. In fact, all the 119 MLAs who were elected in the recent elections have not even taken oath as the government did not even convene the Assembly for the swearing-in ceremony. Amid this chaos, no one knows what is in KCR’s mind.
