Clarity emerges on Venkaiah's political future!Venkaiah Naidu who will be completing his Rajya Sabha term very soon will be nominated once again to the Upper House by BJP itself. Venkaiah is likely to be nominated from Madhya Pradesh in this fourth term. Chandran Mitra who is MP from there will make for Venkaiah. Modi is reportedly not keen on letting out Venkaiah Naidu.

Earlier there were reports that Venkaiah Naidu may be nominated to Rajya Sabha from Andhra Pradesh by TDP. Some even said he may become Vice President or Governor of Tamil Nadu. Some reports even said that TRS offered to nominated Venkaiah from Telangana if TRS will join the NDA government at the center.

But now BJP may itself nominate Venkaiah and he will be continued in Union Cabinet. In the process, BJP is also breaking a long time rule restrict only three terms of Rajya Sabha to any of its member. Any ways, Andhra Pradesh may have slight relief to see Venkaiah Naidu continuing in the union cabinet which will give some leverage to the state.
