chiranjeevi vacates his house in delhiRajya Sabha MP and Former Union Minister, Chiranjeevi finally subdued and vacated his house at 17 Akbar Road. Despite several notices, Chiranjeevi refused vacating the Type-VIII bungalow which is intended for Central Ministers and important top bureaucrats as well as senior political leaders who have been members of Parliament for long periods.

Chiranjeevi was so far refusing to vacate the bungalow since the government failed to give him ‘satisfactory’ accommodation at some other place which ought to be given for the sitting Rajya Sabha MPs. However he had to relent since the Supreme Court’s order.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh is very impressed with the bungalow and is waiting for Chiranjeevi to vacate. He is expected to move in to it very soon. On the other side, Chiranjeevi was allotted a bungalow at Tughlaq Road which he earlier complained about not being in livable condition.
