Chandrababu's Bday: End Of Bad Days For TDP?Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is turning 72 today. Fans across the globe are celebrating it on a grand scale despite being in power for around three years.

Last three years have been nothing sort of a nightmare to TDP and Naidu.

A worst defeat, a government with Vendetta politics as a daily affair, and lack of proper ground work due to COVID have made them worse than any time in Opposition previously.

But then, there are positives all over for the party to take. Anti-incumbency is rising on the government like anything. At the same time in Chandrababu’s regime, Anti-incumbency is a joke.

There are some positive results in the local elections. We have seen revolts in the Ruling Party and the financial condition of the state is so threatening that government even started cutting down beneficiaries of welfare schemes.

Welfare schemes is the only branch YSR Congress is sitting on. If there are cracks on it as well, a miracle has to happen for Jagan to return for a second term.

A recent survey says 73 sitting MLAs of YSR Congress are facing Anti-incumbency that means more than half of who won in 2019 and we have two more years to go for the elections.

There are people who are already saying Chandrababu can do nothing in two years and can still take the oath in summer 2024 given that Jagan is gifting to him on a platter.

But then, politics are always volatile and has no room for complacency. Chandrababu should pull up his socks once again and do a Bus yatra or Padayatra to energize the cadre and leaders in all areas.

Anti-incumbency and rejuvenated Telugu Desam if works as planned may ensure best ever tally for TDP under Chandrababu Naidu’s leadership.

Here is wishing many more years in Public service to Chandrababu Naidu.
