Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had decided to use helicopter whenever he has to go to Gannavaram airport from his camp office. Whenever Chandrababu is using this route, Police have to clear traffic in Vijayawada city and the highway.
As a result people are facing lot of trouble and so Chandrababu decided to take the aerial route. Vijayawada city is known for its narrow roads and heavy traffic snarls. With the Chief Minister and other ministers shifting to the city, the traffic jams have increased further in recent times.
The state government is also planning widening of roads and construction of flyovers in the city to solve the problem. They are targeting these changes to be done by Krishna Pushkaralu next year.
