Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu already started district tours in Andhra Pradesh. His tours are getting an excellent response activating the TDP cadre.
Meanwhile, Chandrababu is planning a similar tour in Telangana as well. Chandrababu already made his intentions clear by appointing BC leader, Kaasani Gnaneshwar as the President.
A huge public meeting is planned in Khammam on December 21st after that Chandrababu will do a state-wide bus yatra.
Naidu feels TDP will become relevant if TRS and BJP get competitive and result in a hung assembly in 2023.
However, it is going to be a big challenge given that Naidu has neglected the Telangana unit for so long and the leftover time is so little. But it is better to start somewhere.
TDP has allied with Congress in the 2018 elections and won two MLA seats. There is no chance of alliance this time. So, it has to be seen if the party will contest independently or have an alliance.
