Hyderabad High Court has issued notices to four AP Ministers who are elected on YSR Congress ticket but are now in Chandrababu Cabinet. But then, the ministers are reportedly very cool as similar notices to Talasani Srinivas Yadav yielded no results.
The ministers will simply tell the court that they resigned as MLAs but they are pending with the Speaker. Even if the court serves notices to the Speaker, the latter will not respond to it as the Speakers are not answerable to the courts.
This is a strategy implemented in Telangana in Talasani’s Case and Chandrababu Naidu will follow the same in Andhra Pradesh as well. The court has posted the next hearing of the case in four weeks. We will have to see if the things will be any different.
