The team gave Naidu a presentation of how they developed Medini Iskandar, a Greenfield development spanning 2,230 acres designed to become the central business district.

They also explained Naidu how they created a $300 million infrastructure on creating a plug and play environment for investors. Naidu is also expected to finalize modalities with Sembcorp and Ascendas, companies owned by Singapore regarding their involvement in the capital construction.

The Chief Minister will also invite Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong for the foundation stone-laying ceremony of Amaravati on October 22 concluding his two days tour. Naidu is expected to land in Delhi directly from Singapore and meet the Prime Minister. Besides urging for the special status, Naidu will also invite him for Amaravati foundation stone laying ceremony.
