Heritage owned by the CBN family becomes the household name in the Telugu speaking states for its milk products and retails business. Now, Heritage has started venturing into the wind power generation. The company recently commissioned its first 2.1MW wind power plant in Chinahothur Village of Vajrakodur Mandal of Ananthapuram District on 27th March 2016.
The wind power generated from this plant will be used for the needs of Gokul Dairy Plant and Chittoor Dairy Plant of the Company located in Chittor District. Chaired by the AP CMs wife Nara Bhuvaneswari, Heritage Company has annual turnover of Rs.2072.45 in FY 2014-15.
