TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu has appeared in the Congress Party Advertisements for the first time in three decades. Telangana PCC gave Advertisements welcoming Sonia Gandhi to Medchal Public Meeting this evening. Ads were given to all Newspapers and in the Top of the Ad are pictures of various leaders.
NT Ramarao who founded TDP with anti-Congress Plank was seen just beside Former Chief Minister, YS Rajasekhara Reddy and Chandrababu Naidu is next to NTR. The Small Strip of Leaders also have the pictures of other supporting allies – Kodandaram of Telangana Jana Samiti and Chada Venkat Reddy of CPI.
YSR, NTR, Chandrababu Naidu were given equal importance to that of a seasonal leader like Vijaya Shanthi. This is something really indigestible for the old-time supporters of the party. TDP was also invited to the meeting this evening but Chandrababu Naidu is unlikely to attend, we are told. Telangana TDP President L Ramana will be attending and will be sharing the dais.
Congress will blow the Election Conch with this meeting. Sonia Gandhi is not going to the election meetings of any other state but TPCC managed to convince her to come here. They are hoping that she will stir the Telangana Sentiment in favour of Mahakutami. Telangana will go for Elections on December 7th and the results will be out on 11th of the same month.
