It is more or less confirmed that the Central Government is gearing up to increase the Assembly seats in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana much to the delight of the ruling parties of both the states. Way back in 2008, the delimitation of Assembly constituencies took place.

Even before the bill is passed in the Parliament, Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhara Rao are busy finalizing committees with the Party Seniors to make the best use of the delimitation. They want to busy the plans of new assembly segments before the process begins.
