Andhra Pradesh Chandra Babu Naidu is all set to write a letter to his Telangana counterpart, K Chandra Sekhar Rao. This will be the first letter of Chandra Babu to KCR and it will be regarding the ongoing confusion about Fees Reimbursement. It is known that TRS government in Telangana has decided only to reimburse the fees of those students whose families are residing in Telangana earlier than 1956.
This action of KCR will mean that families who have settled in Telangana after Andhra Pradesh formation in 1956 will neither belong to Telangana and at the same time will not belong to Andhra Pradesh according to existing rules of the constitution. Andhra Pradesh government is keen on following Presidential order on nativity and do not agree with TRS government’s actions. Chandra Babu in his letter will ask KCR to abide by the rules and clear confusion in students and parents.
