Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu has laid a trap to his Telangana Counterpart, K Chandra Sekhar Rao over the fees reimbursement issue. It is known that KCR’s government is not keen on paying fees for students whose families settled in Telangana after 1956. Despite several proposals from Chandra Babu, KCR did not pay heed to them. So Chandra Babu agreed to pay the fees of settlers in Telangana provided Telangana government decides the nativity issue and give the details at the earliest.

Analysts say that it was a clever move by Naidu to put KCR in a spot as determining the nativity of lakhs of students by ignoring Article 371-D was not a small task. Any mistake in the whole process will drag the Telangana government to courts. Analysts say that it is a trap laid by Naidu to KCR government to falter and expose them to Telangana people as well as the rest of the World. Chandra Babu was sure that courts will interfere at some point in this process and stall KCR’s attempts.
