On the occasion of Chandra Babu Naidu taking oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Central government had announced a gift for the state. Central Power Minister, Piyush Goel announced that Center had selected Andhra Pradesh for the pilot project which aims at providing 24 hours uninterrupted power to the state. He announced this project as a gift for Andhra Pradesh from the Central government.
On the other side, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also announced that his government is committed to support Andhra Pradesh in all possible ways.Modi also hoped that Chandrababu’s administrative experience and commitment to development will be a great asset in taking Andhra Pradesh to newer heights. Modi could not attend the event due to other important commitments in Delhi.
