Narendra Modi 500 1000 Note Ban Supreme Court PetitionAs warned by Supreme court last week, about the Disturbances that could be raised due to the cash crunch, Centre got themselves prepared for today’s hearing with a few objects that support the ban.

Centre informed the Court that demonetization scheme is a success which can be explained by the shorter queues at the Banks. They have described the way the interest of loans would come down due to vigorous depositions across the country.

Centre backed up the unavailability of new currency at the banks and ATMs, pointing that there is no shortage of new 500 and 2000 notes but it is the transport difficulties that are causing the delay in new currency to reach the banks.

The next hearing is scheduled for December 2nd and Court agreed to look into the petition submitted by Centre.
