Telangana government’s Mission Bhageeradha is winning the accolades of the nation. Union Rural Development Minister, Choudary Bheerendra Singh was very much impressed with the project and is coming down to Telangana to see and understand how the project is going on in the newest state of the country.
He will be visiting Paleru segment in Khammam and Tharva in Medak district and observe the works going on at ground level. Minister KTR will be personally accompanying the Union Minister in the tour. Center is planning to come up with a similar scheme across the nation after observing Mission Bhageeradha.
Mission Bhageeradha is the flagship scheme of Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao which is basically a Water Grid scheme which is meant for providing safe drinking water to every households in the rural areas. The entire project for Telangana will approximately cost a whopping 35,000 crore. The CM also challenged that he will not ask for votes in the next elections of his government could not give safe drinking water to every household.
