Central officials are in all praises for Telangana government’s proposed Water Grid Project. Union Drinking Water and Sanitary department, Joint Secretary, Satyavratha Saahu appreciated the scheme as a big thought to give clean drinking water to every one.
He also said that the regularities of the scheme were designed in a way that corruption will not tread in to the project. HUDCO and various banks are also of the same opinion and came forward to finance the scheme.
Saahu requested the state government to send the financial model of this project to the center for it to study and implement it in their domain. Water Grid Project is intended to give drinking water to every household. The state government first planned to complete it in three years but now is trying to finish it in one and half year.
