The CBI has informed the High Court that it has summoned YSR Congress MLA Aamanchi Krishna Mohan in the case related to abuse and insult of the judiciary.
The MLA will appear before the CBI on August 6th, the investigating agency informed the court. Notices were given to him under CrPC Section 41A.
It is a known fact that the state high court has initiated action against those who made obnoxious comments on the court casting aspirations in various cases that went against YSR Congress.
Among the 49 people booked in these cases are ruling party MP Nandigam Suresh and former MLA Amanchi Krishnamohan. Amanchi had approached the High Court to quash these cases but got no respite yet.
YSR Congress already extended complete legal help to its cadre who got cases on them in this regard.
