CBI-Court-Serious-on-CM-YS-JaganCBI Court in Nampally became serious on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for trying to evade the Court Appearances every Friday. The court told the counsel representing YS Jagan and Vijay Sai Reddy that A1 and A2 should be appearing in the court every Friday.

After becoming the Chief Minister, Jagan did not even attend a single court appearance after coming to Power. The Chief Minister filed a petition asking him to exempt from the court appearances stating that each of his appearances would burden the state by 65 Lakhs.

The court turned down the petition. Jagan is filing an exemption petition every Friday and all is well until now but the court became serious. The court also directed the accused A1 and A2 to appear before the court on the 10th of this month. It also clarified that there is no relation between the crime and the status of the accused.

In all probability, January 10th will be the first court appearance of YS Jagan after becoming the Chief Minister unless he knocks the door of the High Court and gets exemption before the 10th. Jagan did not get the exemption when he undertook the 3500+ Kilometers Padayatra
