CBI Court Agrees to Hear Jagan Bail Cancellation PetitionNampally CBI court has decided to take up the petition filed by YSR Congress Rebel MP Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju seeking revocation of bail of AP Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. The court deemed it valid and agreed to take it up for hearing, the MP informed the media.

The court will now serve notices to the Chief Minister and CBI and will decide on the merits of the demand. Jagan Mohan Reddy ever since becoming the Chief Minister has been skipping all the hearings on one reason or the other.

“Jagan Mohan Reddy was granted bail on the condition that he will cooperate with the case investigation and hearings. This will amount to the breach of bail terms and is a good ground to cancel the bail,” Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju says.

“Before becoming the Chief Minister Jagan used to attend the court every Friday and started skipping the court after becoming the Chief Minister. This is also a clear case of misuse of his office. There are also chances that the Chief Minister will influence the witnesses,” he adds.
