CBI-YS-Avinash-Reddy-AccusedThe CBI is seeing YS Avinash Reddy as the main perpetrator in the YS Viveka murder case. He has been facing the CBI investigation for the past few weeks and there are several speculations pertaining to his imminent arrest in the case.

Cut to now, Avinash has made a strange statement in connection with the CBI investigation.

Going into the story, Avinash was summoned by the CBI court to attend the investigation at the CBI office in Hyderabad today.

In response, Avinash wrote a letter to the CBI, saying he can’t attend the investigation.

“I have a prior schedule. The CBI asked me to attend the investigation at short notice. I’m unable to make time for it. I need 4 days time to attend the investigation, based on my schedule” Avinash stated in the letter to the CBI.

Avinash is suspected to be the main perpetrator in the Viveka murder case and the fingers are pointing at him. Now, he has stated that he can’t be disturbed by the CBI with investigation summons at such short notice.

Notably, the CBI hasn’t been investigating Avinash for the last 20 days. This is the first time they called him for investigation in last three weeks and this was his reply.
