CBI had filed a counter in the Telangana High Court opposing the Bail Petition of Sunil Yadav, one of the accused of YS Vivekananda Reddy’s case.
The agency clearly stated that Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy is fully aware and a part of the murder and in erasing all the evidence in this case.
The counter also said Avinash Reddy ‘deliberately’ hide the murder, ‘conspired’ a fake story of a ‘heart attack’ and all this happened as Vivekananda Reddy wanted Kadapa MP seat for himself or Sharmila or for Vijayamma.
Meanwhile, the CBI summoned the MP for a second round of investigation tomorrow (24th February). His father Bhaskar Reddy was also summoned and he is also one of the prime accused in the case.
There are speculations that CBI may arrest Avinash Reddy in this case and if that happens, it will be a sensational development in Andhra politics and a huge setback for the Ruling Party.

Avinash Reddy in this case opposing Viveka’s family. He will also share the blame for having some interest in this case.
With elections a little over an year, this can be very damaging for YSR Congress. Remember the Slain leader is Late YS Rajasekhar Reddy’s brother.
