thullur-capital landAndhra Pradesh State government is all set to begin the land pooling for the upcoming state capital from March of next year. The entire directives for the land pooling will be released officially by the government in a week or two.

The Capital Regional Development Authority (CRDA) will open its office in Tullur in the first week of January. CRDA will be beginning with at least 10 employees headed by CRDA Special Commissioner N.Srikanth.

51786 acres of land is available in the first phase land pooling villages and the government is targeting to pool in 38000 acres. Three different packages were announced for the land losing farmers in the capital area depending on the number of crops grown in those lands. It is reliably learnt that the government may unleash land acquisition act on the villages near to Krishna River in case they do not fall in line with the government.
