Can Chandrababu really manage judiciaryWith back to back potshots from the high court and Supreme Court, TRS supporters have come with a new argument, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP Supremo, Chandrababu Naidu ‘managed’ judges in both the courts and got bail for Revanth Reddy. Even Telangana Additional Advocate General Rama Chandra Rao also endorsed the same view. Lets see how true is this allegation

There are 28 judges in Hyderabad high court and only two of them became judges during Chandrababu Naidu’s previous tenure. One of them is a Reddy and other is currently the head of Telangana Legal cell. 80% of these judges are appointed during the tenures of YS Rajasekhar Reddy and Kiran Kumar Reddy.

Similarly there are also 28 judges in the Supreme court and only two of them are from Andhra Pradesh. Both these judges did not hear Revanth Reddy case. The high authority of Indian judiciary, the Chief Justice of India heard the case and gave the ruling in favour of Revanth Reddy. The allegations of Chandrababu managing the judiciary is completely baseless and people who make such allegations should face the contempt of the court.
