'CAG' fires Telugu states over MLA salariesThe authorities of Comptroller and Auditor General of India(CAG) have come down hardly on the governments of both AP and Telangana earlier today. In a statement released, the body has lambasted both the state governments for hiking the salaries and certain allowances of their sitting MLA’s quite heavily.

Reports reveal that the CAG is of the opinion that how come both these governments approve hikes of their MLA’s when both the states are going through a huge financial crisis after their separation. If one can note, a bill was passed earlier where the salaries of the sitting MLA’s have been raised to a whopping one lakh fifty thousand straight away from 95,000 rupees.

The CAG has also come hard particularly on the AP government who have approved their MLA’s a swanky Apple I Phone 6s completely free along with all facilities. They members of the board were of the opinion that both the states were quite liberal and are misusing the power big time.

It also opinionated that a time will come when the state bodies including the heads, KCR and Chandra Babu Naidu need to explain about their moves individually. What ever might be the scene at the center, the sitting MLA’s and other official’s of both the Telugu states who have got new hikes and allowances are laughing all the way to the bank.
