Buggana Rajendranath Reddy YS JaganBuggana Rajendranath Reddy is the finance minister of Andhra Pradesh. He used to be the most vocal leader in YSR Congress while in the Opposition. He was given the crucial finance ministry after Jagan came to power but then, Buggana has become silent over the last three years.

Andhra Pradesh is facing several challenges on the Financial front. The state is mired in neck-deep financial troubles. The loans the government is taking are unprecedented and experts are worried if the state is being led into bankruptcy. Buggana barely responds to these allegations.

On the other side, Andhra Pradesh is staring at an indefinite strike which may paralyze the administration in the middle of a pandemic. The employees have given notice for strike from February 7th against the worst-ever pay revision they have ever seen. This is the first time the pay revision is actually decreasing the salaries the employees claim.

Buggana is barely seen anywhere even though it pertains to his ministry. The other day, a delegation of the government has met a team of Central Government about Polavaram and other contentious issues regarding the state in Delhi. Buggana has led the team but surprisingly, Rajya Sabha MP Vijayasai Reddy behaved as if he is everything.

He briefed the media about the meeting while Buggana is seen in the background.

It appears like Buggana is behaving as if he is disinterested and is a dummy minister.
