The war of words between the leaders of the ruling and opposition parties is relentlessly going on after the attack on the TDP offices. TDP Supremo Chandrababu sat for a 36-hour fast while the YSR Congress is doing Janagraha Deeksha against it.
With crucial cabinet expansion on cards, leaders are competing to badmouth the opposition leader and impress the Chief Minister. In the process, some leaders are talking too much. During the Janagraha Deeksha in Chittoor district, a leader gave a warning to Chandrababu Naidu
‘Chandrababu… Dare to come to Kuppam, I will hurl a bomb on your car. Come to Kuppam, if you have guts, RESCO Chairman GS Senthilkumar warned. He made the remarks in the presence of MP Reddeppa. All the leaders including the MP were cheering Senthilkumar and did not make an attempt to stop him.
TDP has urged the state DGP to take serious action on this threat. “Chandrababu is a Z Category Security protectee. We have seen a bomb attack happening on him in the same Chittoor district. The department should take a serious view of this threat,” TDP is demanding.
