BJP Suspects Conspiracy by Chandrababu Naidu Ahead of Karnataka PollsFinance Ministers of as many as 11 States are going to sit down in Vijayawada tomorrow to discuss the recommendations of the 15th Finance Commission. According to officials, it has recognized population as an important criterion for distribution of taxes revenue and said it will use data from the 2011 census.

The Progressive States particularly the Southern States will be on losing side since they have taken effective Population Control Measures. But then, BJP is angry on Chandrababu for this meeting as they feel it is intended to damage BJP in the upcoming Karnataka Elections.

“This is a ploy to damage BJP in Karnataka by portraying it as a North Indian Hindi party. Early Chandrababu passed the Kapu Reservations Bill just before the Gujarat Elections to trouble BJP with Patels Agitation,” a Senior Andhra BJP leader says.

“Gujarat Result will be repeated once again in Karnataka as well. After that, we will be teaching a befitting lesson to Chandrababu and his stooges,” he warned. Neighboring Telugu State, Telangana has decided to skip the meeting. It also skipped the first meeting in Kerala.
