BJP Andhra Pradesh Unit will be announcing the next President of the party tomorrow or day after tomorrow. The outgoing President, MP Haribabu revealed this. BJP Office bearers meeting will happen for two days from tomorrow in Bhimavaram on the occasion of Bharatiya Janasangh founder Shyam Prasad Mukherjee Vardhanti.
BJP will be moving two resolutions thanking the Center in this meeting. The choice of the next President will be crucial in the context of Andhra Pradesh politics as it is likely to decide on the next President of the party. Rayalaseema Senior leader Narasimha Reddy and Rajamahendravaram MLA, Akula Satyanarayana names are doing rounds in rumour mills.
A section of BJP which is anti-TDP is batting to make MLC Somu Veerraju as the President. Akula is also known to be anti-TDP while Narasimha Reddy is known for his good terms with TDP. This announcement will decide if TDP and BJP will remain as partners for the next elections as well.
