TTD Head Priest Ramana Deekshitulu’s behavior has come under criticism as he went on to compare Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to Lord Vishnu after getting his Lost Post. Ramana Deekshitulu helped Jagan in Opposition by claiming that the Pink Diamond has gone missing from TTD treasury and was auctioned in some foreign country.
That allegation was used as a Propaganda against the then Chandrababu Naidu Government which also contributed to TDP’s downfall. Later, the Courts have decided that there is no Pink Diamond at all and it is in fact a ruby. BJP Leader Bhanu Prakash Reddy revealed a far more bigger conspiracy around the Pink Diamond.
“Ramana Deekshitulu always used TTD for his Personal Gain. He tried a lot to influence the family members of Mysore Maharani (who donated the stone) to come before the media saying that it is a Diamond and they have their own doubts about it. But the God fearing family refused to do that,” Bhanu Prakash Reddy said.
“A big conspiracy is planned around Chandrababu Naidu. What is disappointing is that, the God is being used for that. It is disheartening that someone like Ramana Deekshitulu becoming a pawn in this political game,” TDP supporters angrily said.
