There are doubts over the alliance between TDP and BJP in the wake of differences between the state-level leaders. BJP is away from the campaigning of Nandhyal by-elections giving rise to the doubt that the breakup is initiated from Nandhyal itself.
But then, AP BJP has made an announcement that it will support TDP’s Candidate in the election. The party also clarified that it will contest along with TDP in the upcoming Kakinada Municipal Elections as well and the seat sharing will be worked up on.
BJP Leaders are unlikely to campaign in Nandyal given that there is a significant Muslim Population there and BJP campaign may prove to be counter-productive. The voting for the election will take place on 23rd of August. The counting will happen on 26th. The Results will be out on the same day.
