Jayalalithaa justice kumaraswamyThe Big Arithmetic Error that favoured Jayalalithaa from getting acquitted in the disproportionate error may boomerang back to the former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. Reports are emerging that after the Special Public Prosecutor pointed out the mistake, Justice Kumaraswamy who delivered the landmark verdict is revisiting the calculations.

Even though Karnataka high court is closed for Summer vacation, Kumaraswamy came to his office and is re-verifying the calculations. In case the mistake is found, it is interesting to see if he corrects his judgement.

According to the rule book, a judge can not correct his own mistake, only a higher court can do that. Jayalalithaa is still staying indoors even after the favourable result with the anxiety over the judgement. In the wake of this, she may even postpone the comeback to the CM throne.
