YSR Congress Party suffered a big blow in Guntur district. It is known that YSRCP Ponnur Candidate is wanted by the Police in illicit liquor case. A huge dump of illicit liquor was seized from the MLA Raavi Venkata Ramana recently. Raavi was evading an arrest since then and filed a Squash petition for bail rejected. And now a non bailable warrant is issued on him.
Legal experts say in all probability Raavi had to spend couple of week at least behind the bars. Which means the chances of YSR Congress in Ponnur will be severely hurt and also this effect will fall on Guntur MP constituency too. This will be a big blow to YSR Congress MP candidate, V.BalaShourie who is already facing stiff competition from TDP’s Galla Jayadev.
