best-infrastructure-state-andhra-pradesh-telangana-top-rankingIndia Today has awarded the State of the States Awards ranking the states with the best infrastructure facilities. Surprisingly, Andhra Pradesh the state without a capital city was awarded the first rank while Telangana which has one of the best cities as its capital and the boost of the surplus budget is ranked Eleven.

Keeping the comparisons and analysis aside, it rings a bell for Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao and his son, Municipal Minister, KT Rama Rao to wake up and focus on the real big challenges. The Party is enjoying the goodwill of attaining the separate state but then the glaring infrastructural deficiencies even in Hyderabad are shaming the government very frequently.

Three Persons are killed this year monsoon in Hyderabad due to the bad roads indicating the worse conditions prevailing. And one can imagine the situation in the interior districts which were far behind in Hyderabad or the Ranga Reddy districts.Let’s hope the rulers take this challenge in right spirit and do the needful.
