Telangana Government has banned Beggars on Hyderabad Streets ahead of the three-day Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) being held at HICC from November 28. GHMC in association with an NGO is shifting them to rehabilitation centers.
This is to avoid the menace on roads as Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Ivanka Trump, advisor and daughter of United States President Donald Trump are taking part in the summit. The government is also giving some remuneration to them to compensate their loss.
But then, more than 5000 fake beggars have emerged out nowhere in the city and is enjoying the remuneration given by the state government. GHMC is fully aware of this Fake Beggars Mafia but has no time to have their background checks done.
