Bail Cancelation: Court Gives Jagan 10 Days TimeThe petition filed for the revocation of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail has come to the hearing in Nampally CBI court today. Earlier, the court took the petition into consideration and sent notices to Jagan and the CBI.

However, the Chief Minister did not file the counter. The counsel representing Jagan Mohan Reddy sought more time for filing the counter. CBI also did not file the counter in this petition. The court has agreed to give ten more days time. The next hearing is posted on the 17th of this month.

YSR Congress Rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has filed this petition. The petition says two important things. The first one is Jagan not attending the hearings after becoming the Chief Minister and the second is giving important posts to the other accused in the cases.

Those who got big appointments in Jagan Government can easily pressurize the witnesses to turn hostile, Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju informs the court. There is a lot of curiosity about what happens in the petition now.
