Even after 13 days of state bifurcation, the adminstration in Andhra Pradesh is still in disarray. Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu is currently operating from his residence in Hyderabad while his ministers too are yet to occupy their official residences or offices. Also most offices are yet to see proper allotment of All India Service officers and employees, who are in the process of shifting files and other equipment to their designated offices.

After the state bifurcation, 11 rooms in J Block and four rooms in L Block are allotted for Andhra Pradesh ministers, the rooms have not been allotted to the individual ministers yet. Once Chandra Babu does that, the ministers will occupy them according to their auspicious moment. The rooms allocation will be done only after the elected members take their oath on 19th of this month when the Assembly gathers for its first meet.
