AP government reveals its stand on Assembly in AmaravatiAndhra Pradesh government had officially confirmed that the Winter session of the state Assembly will happen in Hyderabad itself. The state government had arrived at this decision after getting the estimates of the temporary construction.

It is said that 12 Crore is needed for the construction of the temporary session while the expense of the transportation, food and accommodation of members in Amaravati will make it even more expensive.

The Chief Minister had decided that this extravagant expenditure for a five days session will not go well with the people especially as the state government is in severe funds crunch. Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao also confirmed this decision. The Winter and Budget session of Assembly will now happen in Hyderabad itself.
