Maoist Ramakrishna Wife Padmakka High Court PetitionEven after 10 Days of the encounter in AOB area, the suspense over the whereabouts of Maoist leader Ramakrishna alias RK is continuing. The family and Maoists sympathizers claim that he has been missing since the October 24 encounter at Malkangiri.

RK’s wife, Sirisha filed a Petition in Hyderabad High Court that RK is in Police Custody and requested the court to instruct the Police to make him appear before the court. The counsel on the behalf of the state government today filed an affidavit stating that RK is not in their custody.The court asked RK’s wife to submit any evidences which supports their claim that RK is in police custody.

The court has given her 10 days time or else the case will be dismissed. Maoist sympathizers are alleging that the government is lying before the court. If he happens to be in Police Custody, it will be a death blow for the Maoists who are already weakened in both the Telugu States. RK’s 25-year-old son Munna alias Sivaji was also killed in the encounter. RK has about 40 cases pending on him.
