Yanamala instructed all the departments to cut down the non-planned expenditure.

According to the instructions of the Central government, there will not be Planned expenditure and non-planned expenditure in the budget from next year and they are going to be replaced by Development and non-Development Expenditure. The state government is planning to get the deposits worth 20000 Crore belonging to various departments.

This money will be deposited to Public Deposit account and will be used for usual expenditures going forward. On the other side, the state government is planning to release 3000 Crore arrears towards DWACRA Loan Waiver by this month end and all this is going to take a heavy toll on the state expenditure going forward.
