Budget Session of Andhra Pradesh Assembly was curtailed to just two days due to Corona Crisis. But that does not give any chance of leaving Politics behind. The Government is reintroducing CRDA Repeal Bill and Three Capitals Bill in the Council again today.
The Bills were earlier referred to the Select Committee by the Council but the Government did not let it happen. They are reintroducing the Bills bypassing the Procedure. Even if the Bills were not passed, the Government will say that they are deemed to have been passed.
That will mean another Legal issue as the logic of deemed to be passed is true but the Government is not supposed to table the Bills once again without referring them to the Select committee as mandated by the house earlier. Alternatively, the Ruling Party can also buy the Opposition MLCs.
The issue will Land in courts either way and will be decided there. The farmers who have given lands for the Capital for around 180 days and the Government seems to be pushing them to the edge in this Health Emergency. Any agitation can be dealt with Epidemics Act by preventing the protests.
